Simply select your product, upload the required photos, add the name/date or text you want, and proceed to checkout. We’ll send you a preview for approval before printing.
2. What details do I need to provide for customization?
We usually need:

Date (day, month, year)
3–5 high-quality photos (HD)
Any special message or quote you’d like included
3. Will I get to see the design before it’s made?
Yes! We send every customer a preview via WhatsApp or email. We only proceed after you approve the design.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
For customers in Delhi ( NCR ), same-day delivery may be available for urgent orders (please contact us before placing your order).
Delivery times may be extended due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Can I get my order faster?
Yes, if you’re in Delhi ( NCR ), we offer same-day or next-day delivery. For other locations, we use express shipping options where possible.

That’s okay! The date/year helps us with design placement, but if you don’t have it, we can suggest creative alternatives or leave that element out without affecting the overall look.
2. Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes are possible only before the final design is approved. Once you give the green light, production starts, and modifications are no longer possible.
3. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! Whether it’s for weddings, events, or branded corporate gifts, we offer special pricing and dedicated design support for bulk orders.
4. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to follow its journey in real time.
5. Can I return a customized product?
Because our products are made specially for you, we only accept returns in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged
There is a printing or customization error from our side
6. How do I request a return or replacement?
