Yes! We send every customer a preview via WhatsApp or email. We only proceed after you approve the design.
Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. For customers in Delhi ( NCR ), same-day delivery may be available for urgent orders (please contact us before placing your order). Delivery times may be extended due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Yes, if you’re in Delhi ( NCR ), we offer same-day or next-day delivery. For other locations, we use express shipping options where possible.

Changes are possible only before the final design is approved. Once you give the green light, production starts, and modifications are no longer possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to follow its journey in real time.
Because our products are made specially for you, we only accept returns in the following cases: The product arrives damaged There is a printing or customization error from our side
