Trecify – Shipping Policy

At Trecify, we take pride in delivering your special moments with care and reliability. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Customized Products: Processing begins once payment and all required customization details (names, dates, photos, etc.) are received. This usually takes 1–3 business days.

  • Non-Customized Products: Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • For customers in Delhi ( NCR ), same-day delivery may be available for urgent orders (please contact us before placing your order).

  • Delivery times may be extended due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damage.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
