Trecify – Return & Refund Policy

At Trecify, every product is made with love, care, and your personal touch. Since many of our items are custom-made, our return policy is designed to balance customer happiness with the uniqueness of our creations.
1. Returns for Customized Products

As each customized product (mugs, t-shirts, etc.) is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or minor variations in colors/designs.

We encourage you to double-check names, dates, and photos before confirming your order.
2. Returns for Non-Customized Products

Non-personalized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging.

A return will only be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item, including shipping costs.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect details provided by the customer (names, dates, photos, etc.)

Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

Slight variations in color or placement due to the printing process
