Trecify (“we,” “our,” “us”) specializes in customized and non-customized products, including mugs, t-shirts, and other personalized items.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

3. Orders & Customization

  • For customized products, you are responsible for providing correct details (names, dates, photos, etc.).

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible if production has already started.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order if it violates our content guidelines (e.g., offensive or illegal content).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made in full before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and shipping method.

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized products are non-returnable except in cases of damage, defect, or our error.

  • Non-customized products can be returned as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, product images, and website content are the property of Trecify.

  • You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Trecify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
