Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most items purchased from Trecify within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
- Video Requirement: To be eligible for a return, a video showing the condition of the item (unboxing, product defect, or issue) must be submitted along with the return request. This video helps us ensure the product is returned in its original condition and expedites the process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged.
- Products that are perishable or consumable.
- Personal hygiene items such as baby care products, diapers, etc. (unless defective or damaged).
- Any product purchased on a final sale or discounted basis.
3. Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.). If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account, which will be requested after the return is received.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product, the return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer you an exchange. The exchanged item will be subject to product availability. You can choose to exchange the item for the same product, or in some cases, a similar one.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify Us: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at support@trecify.in with a clear description of the issue and pictures or video of the damaged or defective item.
- Resolution: We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the product's condition and stock availability.
6. COD Returns
- Additional Fee for COD Returns: Please note that a COD return fee will apply for all orders returned via Cash on Delivery (COD). The fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the additional handling charges and logistics involved in processing COD returns.
7. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@trecify.in with your order details and reason for return, along with the required video showing the condition of the item.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. This may include providing a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, along with any tags and accessories.
- Send Back the Item: Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. Please retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
